We have designed our programs to provide you and your
dog the protection you both deserve.
The QuickCare Senior Program provides coverage for those accidents and illnesses which are common to senior pets.
No Upper Age limit for Enrollment
With QuickCare Senior there is no upper age limit for enrollment. Once enrolled in the program, coverage continues for the rest of his life, up to policy limits.
Accident & Illness Coverage
Immediate... Begins at 12:01 a.m. the morning after your enrollment application is approved.
Unlimited... Provides coverage for an unlimited number of listed accidents. There are no maximum annual lifetime accident benefit restrictions.
Illness Benefits for the Senior Dog
For Stroke and/or Seizures, Heart disease and Cancer the policy holder will be able to make claims for each of the named peril illnesses listed under each heading. See coverage chart for listing of named peril illnesses.
Comprehensive coverage of veterinary fees.
Veterinary Fees covered include but are not limited to:
prescribed medication, x-rays, surgeries, hospitalization, ultra-sounds, MRI/CAT
scans, homeopathic treatments including acupuncture and chiropractic, chemotherapy
and referrals.
100 % of Medical Costs Paid
Our policies pay 100% of the payable claim after the fixed deductible up to the policy limit.
Deductibles
You pay a $100 deductible per accident. This deductible does not increase with the age of your pet.
Guaranteed Acceptance and Lifetime Enrollment
All breeds of dogs are accepted. Once enrolled your pet is guaranteed coverage for the rest of it's life, up to policy limits. Some conditions may apply*. Please see policy terms and conditions for details.
* If Adult Onset Demodex (After Age Five) has been noted, treated or diagnosed, prior to the inception of your policy, or within the thirty day waiting period for illness coverage, no illness coverage is available under any of our programs. Accident coverage is still available.
Small *Select Breed Surcharge
Some breeds are more susceptible to certain illnesses, therefore premiums are slightly higher for the following
Select Breeds: American Staffordshire Terriers, Basset Hounds, Basenjis, Boxers, Bulldogs, **Bull Terriers, Dalmatians, Deerhounds, Doberman Pinschers, Dogue de Bordeaux, German Shepherds (including German Shepherds, King), All Greyhounds (including Italian Greyhounds), Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, Leonbergers, All Mastiff breeds, All Mountain Terriers/Dogs, Newfoundlands, Old English Sheepdogs, Peruvian Inca Orchid, Pharaoh Hounds, Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wheaton Terriers.
**Bull Terrier Group includes Pitbulls, American Staffordshire and Staffordshire Bull Terriers
*** Chinese Shar-pei and Shar-pei cross-breeds are eligible for accident coverage only.
Use the Licensed Veterinarian of Your Choice
To Keep Your Policy in Force, Take Your Veterinarian's Advice
Have your dog examined annually by your veterinarian and
kept current with the vaccinations recommended. It's a good way to keep your dog
healthy and it's also a condition of your continued coverage.
Fast Claims Turn-Around
Your claim will be processed within 7-10 business days of our receiving and approving your completed claim with supporting documentation.
Common Sense Exclusions to Keep Your Premiums Affordable
We reserve the
right to exclude from coverage any pre-existing illnesses, or accidents.
Policy Renewals
Your policy renews annually, provided your premium payments are up to date. Your policy can be cancelled by you or by us, with proper notice as described in your policy Terms and Conditions.
Pay Plan Fee
For
those who choose to pay their premiums on a monthly basis, a $2.00 service
charge will be added to the monthly premium payable. This fee is waived for those who pay annually.
