Program Details
We have designed our programs to provide you and your cat the protection you both deserve.

The QuickCare Complete Program provides comprehensive accident and illness coverage plus the added benefit of a Wellness Plan.

Coverage Can Begin at 8 Weeks
Enroll your pet as early as 8 weeks of age. Coverage is possible up to 10 years of age. When you enroll your cat in QuickCare Complete before the age of 10 coverage continues for the rest of his life.

Accident Coverage
Immediate... Begins at 12:01 a.m. the morning after your enrollment application is approved. (QuickCare Complete illness coverage begins 30 days following the effective date.)

Unlimited... Provides coverage for an unlimited number of accidents. There are no maximum annual lifetime accident benefit restrictions.

Flexible and Accessible Illness Benefits
Protection that covers a wide range of illnesses. There are no maximum annual illness benefit restrictions, and you choose when and how you use your illness benefits. There is a 30 day waiting period for illness coverage with for QuickCare Complete policies. Please refer to policy terms and conditions for full details.

Comprehensive coverage of veterinary fees.
Veterinary Fees covered include but are not limited to:
prescribed medication, x-rays, surgeries, hospitalization, ultra-sounds, MRI/CAT scans, homeopathic treatments including acupuncture and chiropractic, chemotherapy and referrals.

Wellness Plan
You are provided the peace of mind that your pet is examined and cared for annually to prevent future illnesses. Annual wellness checkups, immunizations and preventative care maintain your pets health and happiness.

QuickCare Complete Coverage
You are provided with coverage for up to 70% of veterinary care fees in the event that your companion animal should suffer a covered illness or accident. Your QuickCare Complete Coverage requires that you pay only 30% of eligible fees along with a $100.00 deductible for each incident. *Deductibles may vary by State.

Discount and Exclusive Coverage Policy for 24PetWatch and other registered Microchipped Pets
Give your pet the added protection of registering with the 24PetWatch Microchip Identification System . We'll then give you a 5% discount on any of our pet insurance programs. (Limit 1 microchipping discount per pet per policy with a maximum discount 10% per pet per policy) You'll also qualify for optional EmergencyCare protection designed specifically for 24PetWatch pets should they go missing, be brought to a veterinary clinic or shelter and require life saving medical treatment. At just $19.95 per YEAR it is the perfect companion policy to your pet's microchip registration.

Discounts Available
If you are insuring three or more pets, or if your pet is registered as a ´Medical Service´ pet, you will receive a 10% discount on each premium. If your pet is an owner trained Medical Service Pet, to receive your 10% discount, you are required to provide a letter from your doctor indicating that you are disabled and require a medical service pet. Only one discount is applicable per pet and policy. Maximum 10% discount applicable per pet per policy.

Deductibles
You pay a $100 deductible, unless otherwise noted, once per accident or once per illness condition. This deductible does not increase with the age of your pet.

Guaranteed Acceptance and Lifetime Enrollment
All breeds of cats are accepted. For QuickCare Complete, medical records are required at the time of enrollment. Once enrolled your pet is guaranteed coverage for the rest of it's life, up to policy limits. Some conditions may apply*. Please see policy terms and conditions for details.
* If Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and/or Feline Leukemia Virus (FELV) has been noted, treated or diagnosed, prior to the inception of your policy, or within the thirty day waiting period for illness coverage, no illness coverage is available under any of our programs. Accident coverage is still available.

Use the Licensed Veterinarian of Your Choice

To Keep Your Policy in Force, Take Your Veterinarian's Advice
Have your cat examined annually by your veterinarian and kept current with the vaccinations recommended. It's a good way to keep your cat healthy and it's also a condition of your continued coverage.

Fast Claims Turn-Around
Your claim will be processed within five business days of our receiving and approving your completed claim with supporting documentation.

Common Sense Exclusions to Keep Your Premiums Affordable
We reserve the right to exclude from coverage any pre-existing illnesses, or accidents.

Policy Renewals
Your policy renews annually, provided your premium payments are up to date. Your policy can be cancelled by you or by us, with proper notice as described in your policy Terms and Conditions.

Pay Plan Fee
For those who choose to pay their premiums on a monthly basis, a $2.00 service charge will be added to the monthly premium payable. This fee is waived for those who pay annually.
