After signing up my pet, can
I still see my regular veterinarian?
Yes. If your pet is insured with a Union
Plus Pet Insurance Program you can use the veterinarian of
your choice.

How much are the deductibles?
You pay a $50 deductible, unless otherwise
noted, per event regardless of the number of trips you need
to make to the veterinarian. This deductible remains constant
for as long as your Union Plus Pet Insurance Program Policy
is in force.

How much do I have to pay for
any claim I submit?
Union Plus Pet Insurance Program pays 100%
of payable Claims, less the fixed deductible up to your pet's
coverage limit. For QuickCare Gold from the pet's 8th birthday
(6th for select breed dogs) the policy holder will be responsible
for the first 20% of any claim.

What are my payment options?
Visa, MasterCard, & Discover card
are accepted at our call center for annual or monthly payments.
Currently, Visa and MasterCard are accepted on this website.
Check & money order are accepted for annual or monthly
payments.
5.
What if I want to enroll more than
one pet?
Each pet receives its own policy. You can
use our online enrollment system to enroll all your pets in
one convenient process without having to fill out multiple
application forms.
6.
How do I make a claim?
Mail or fax in a completed one-page claim
form completed by yourself & your attending veterinarian
along with the detailed receipts. Fill
out a claim.
7.
What is the Monthly Pay Plan Fee?
For those who choose to pay their premiums on a monthly basis, a $2.00 service charge will be added to the monthly premium payable. This fee is waived for those who pay annually.

In what states are the Union Plus
Pet Insurance Program available?
Our Pet Insurance Programs are available in 49 states and Washington D.C.. Currently not available in Alaska.
9.
Who underwrites the programs?
Lincoln General Insurance Company & Praetorian Insurance Company, underwrite
the programs. Both companies have received A.M. best rating of A- (Excellent)

What are your call center hours?
Our Call Centre hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 12:00am Eastern time; Saturday 10:00am to 8:00pm Eastern time. Administrative hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm Eastern time

How long will it take for my claim
to be paid?
Our mandate is to process your claim within
five business days after receiving your completed claims form
with original receipts attached. If we have any questions
about it, we’ll call you immediately.
